European Trip - Part 1

We've been in Paris 2 1/2 days now - it's amazing! Our apartment is really cool. The building was built in 1789, the original ceiling beams and wood floor are exposed. Of course, it's been updated a little. People are bustling in the street below well into the wee hours of the morning.
We've seen the Arc de Triumph, Eiffel Tower, Dome Church, River Seine, Hotel de Ville, attended the local LDS church, shopped at the local open-air grocery market and super market, and eaten at a lovely little cafe near the Notre Dame Cathedral. The scenery is splendid and the people are very friendly, helpful, and easy-going. We are having the time of our lives! We still haven't adjusted to the new time zone yet.Today, it's off to the Louvre. We'll let you know how we liked it.

Looks like you are having a great time. Ma and I had a great time in SoCal for a lot cheaper, but not nearly as adventurous as you guys. We love Mathews new glasses, and MK looks lovely and so does Lydia. The jury is out on the dad!! :):):)

Be safe, and keep the pix and comments coming,

Love,
